 Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog.

Is it hard to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I
can figure things out pretty quick. I'm thinking about setting up my own but I'm not sure where to start.
Do you have any tips or suggestions? Appreciate it

 When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each
time a comment is added I get four e-mails with the same comment.
Is there any way you can remove people from that service?
